Special forms from nature
Sometimes nature itself creates the most beautiful forms. The dried bellgums give this wreath its unique, almost sculptural character. No two are the same. Differences in shape, opening, and color nuance merge into a rich whole where you constantly discover new details.
In our studio, we build the wreath entirely by hand. The bellgums are placed one by one and combined with soft moss, which fills the open spaces and enhances the warm brown tones of the material. This creates a powerful yet serene ensemble, with great depth and natural structure.
Give the wreath a prominent place on a dresser, mantelpiece, or large table, or use it on a wall. The smaller sizes provide a subtle natural accent, while the largest version works beautifully as a generous eye-catcher in a spacious environment.
Hand-built, with its own character
No two bellgums are exactly the same. Therefore, during creation, we constantly re-evaluate shape, size, color, and mutual proportions. Especially with the larger wreaths, the construction is a careful process in which hundreds of natural forms must come together to form a cohesive whole.
The differences in the natural material remain intentionally visible. As a result, each wreath has its own nuances and appearance.
Dimensions & finish
The wreath is available based on a straw wreath of 20 cm, 30 cm, and 50 cm. Due to the construction with bellgums, the final diameter will be approximately 5 cm larger. Small differences are possible as we work with natural materials.
For the back, you can choose from jute, dark brown canvas or, where available, no finish. A finished back also gives the wreath a neat appearance from below when you present it lying flat.
Material & care
The wreath is built on a straw base and finished with dried, untreated bellgums and moss.
Use the wreath indoors in a dry place. Avoid prolonged moisture, bright direct sunlight, and rough handling. Especially the open structures of the bellgums can be fragile, so handle the wreath carefully when moving or hanging it.
